The German delegation came to discuss various aspects of cycling-integrated planning with experts from the network of the Dutch Cycling Embassy.

The politicians listened to presentations of Bas Hendriksen (Loendersloot Groep) and Erik Tetteroo (APPM). Main topic was the combination of train and bike, while examples from Schleswig-Holstein were taken into account. Even though cycling is a common mode of transport in most parts of the North German state, participants detected several aspects, which are in need of improvement.
