On August 25, a delegation from Finland came to the Dutch Cycling Embassy to further their knowledge on bicycling planning and mobility.
There first was a presentation by Herbert Tiemens from the province of Utrecht about Dutch cycling culture, bicycle parking innovations, and integrating cycling with train travel.
